Long Term Futures Ltd are seeking a caring and patient Reception SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Redditch. This is a full-time 1:1 role supporting two children within Reception, working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team to provide consistent and individualised support.

The role splits across two pupils with mornings 1:1 support for a pupil with GDD and health needs, and afternoons supporting a pre-verbal pupil with ASD using visual supports.
