We are seeking a motivated and reliable team-player to join our highly successful, established team of Progress Coaches. Responsible for a number of tutor groups and offering 1:1 guidance, you will be monitoring the academic progress and supporting the onward progression and broader College experience of an assigned group of KS5 students, helping them to achieve to their maximum potential. Prior knowledge and experience of working with young people aged 16-18 is preferable, as are excellent interpersonal skills. This role is to cover Shared Parental Leave, which will come to an end on 31st March 2027. To be successful, you will have excellent communication and administrative skills and a proactive working style, and will be adaptable, flexible, and enthusiastic.
