Joining the Student Services team means you can make a real difference with the ability to drive the role in a direction which interests you.
By working closely with key teams throughout Long Road Sixth Form College, including our enthusiastic Student Care, Guidance and Progression, and Admissions teams you will be an integral part of the Student Services team. You will provide excellent customer service, professional front‑line helpdesk and reception service, and a broad range of administrative support to ensure a great experience for our staff, pupils and parents.
You will undertake a variety of student administration duties, answer in‑person, phone and email enquiries, note‑taking and general College administration as required, as well as contribute ideas towards departmental projects and support college wide events. You will need excellent administrative and customer service skills, the ability to produce and develop clear, concise, accurate data, and you will be adaptable, flexible, and enthusiastic.

£25,550 per annum actual annual salary. FTE Salary £28,634 Permanent 37 hours p/w Term time only (Plus 5 days) Immediate start. This post is for full time (37 hours per week) on a permanent, Term‑Time Only (+5 days usually taken in August) basis. Due to the requirements of the reception opening hours the hours for this role will be 9:00am - 5:00pm.
