Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a passion for shaping the future of sustainable energy? Join our team and play a vital role in delivering high-profile electrical infrastructure projects in the energy sector. About the role: We are seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to manage costs, contracts, and financial performance on critical electrical infrastructure projects. The role is to be hybrid with travel to sites across Warwick, Leeds or London. Duties include: Attend client, design, project and other meetings as requested. Prepare regular/monthly cost reports and advise the client of any decisions required and obtain authorisation. Liaise with the client and the professional team to determine the clients requirements and to develop the clients brief. Advise the client on demolition, stripout, site investigation, diversionary and enabling works contracts, decanting and any other works required to enable the project to proceed. Advise on the cost of the project and advise on the cost of alternative design and construction options. Visit the Site and advise the client on any factors likely to affect cost, time or method of implementation. Prepare an initial budget estimate to test feasibility proposal and maintain.
