Long Lane is building something the UK has never seen before. A 53-acre estate in West Sussex. A Grade II listed manor house, 20 bedrooms, forest cabins, a precision nutrition restaurant, diagnostics lab, and performance gym, all designed around one idea: what happens when you remove everything that numbs you and replace it with everything that sharpens you.
We're a wellness hotel and private members club opening soon in Midhurst, West Sussex. It's for people who take their health, performance, and time seriously. Our members don't come here to escape their lives. They come here to build better ones. And we're assembling a small, exceptional team to bring it to life.
If you want to work somewhere with a clear vision, a genuine culture, and the kind of opening story that only happens once, this is it.
The Brands You'll Lead:
- Long Lane — Wellness hotel and private members club (Midhurst, West Sussex)
- Harrison Hide — Personal brand, founder journey, 200K+ audience across platforms
- Louie Blake — Personal brand, founder journey, 80K+ audience across platforms
What You'll Do:
- Creative & Brand Direction
- Own the creative identity across brands; visual tone, editorial voice, storytelling framework
- Lead content ideation for every major milestone: membership launches, brand activations, partnerships, opening
- Direct multi-platform execution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and email
- Content Strategy & Production
- Oversee the full production lifecycle from shoot concept to publishing
- Build and manage a content calendar that balances real-time founder storytelling with long-form brand worldbuilding
- Run performance analysis and translate it into smarter creative decisions, not just better numbers
- Launch & Activation Management
- Lead the content strategy for Long Lane's opening
- Build campaign funnels, teaser arcs, and asset plans for key brand moments
- Manage partnerships from creative brief to final delivery; events, brand collaborators, press
- Team Leadership
- Build and lead a lean, high-output content team (videographers, editors, social managers)
- Brief, direct, and develop talent who can execute at a cinematic standard
What We're Looking For:
- Proven growth across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube; with specific results you can point to
- Experience building personal brands and founder-led narratives, not just brand accounts
- Strong aesthetic sensibility; you know the difference between content that performs and content that builds a world
- Analytical enough to read what's working; creative enough not to be ruled by it
- Experience with community-building: newsletters, memberships, live events
- Comfortable in a fast-moving pre-opening environment where the strategy is still being written
What This Isn't:
This isn't a scheduling role. It isn't reactive posting and monthly reports. We're building a cultural brand from the ground up and the person in this seat will shape how the world first understands what Long Lane is.
If you've only worked in established brand teams, this probably isn't for you. If you've helped build something from nothing and have the content to prove it, we want to hear from you. No freelancers or agencies.
