Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 06:00 to 14:00

We are now seeking a number of Technical Operators to join the Clawson family situated in the picturesque village of Long Clawson, just 6 miles from Melton Mowbray.

What you’ll do:

  • Work collaboratively within a small team to carry out the piercing and bagging of cheeses, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in line with prescribed work instructions and quality standards.
  • Report problems or issues as they arise, which may impact on product quality or production activities.
  • Timely and accurate cleaning of the line and end of day dismantling and cleaning of equipment, tools, and work area where appropriate.
  • Take personal responsibility for your own actions and respectfully challenge others where appropriate.
  • Be responsible for and ensure product quality is maintained in accordance with quality standards.
