Salary: £13.60 per hour (£23,842.00 per annum) + Great Benefits
Hours: 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 06:30 to 14:30 – option to work 6 days (42 hours) per week is also available.
What you’ll do:
- As part of a small team, working intensively during the make up of curd on each production day, carrying out roles which will include hoop filling and pallet stacking, along with other general duties associated with the Dairy and the manufacture of our cheese.

- We Care: Ensure Health & Safety procedures, Quality/Hygiene standards and Company Rules/Procedures are always adhered to. Undertake relevant training as and when required.
- Togetherness: Responsible as part of a team for the production and collating of all products in a well-presented manner in line with customer specifications. Show respect for colleagues, customers, and the environment.
- Integrity: Behave in an honest, industrious, and uncomplicated way. Perform functions in line with training and work instructions.
What are we looking for?
- Essential: Industrious and able to work under pressure. Good level of fitness - able to lift weights of up to 20kg and push/pull weights of up to 1000kg, in accordance with manual handling training. Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (to be achieved within 6 months). Adaptable/flexible to meet requirements and demands of production and seasonal fluctuations. Quality focused.
- Desirable: Food/process manufacturing background. Good standard of spoken and written English.
