Supply Chain Support Assistant

Based: Long Clawson, LE14 4PJ

Salary: Up to £30k per annum basic + Great Benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week – 8:30am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday

What you’ll do: Our Logistics team manage the day-to-day processes involved in ensuring our colleagues and customers have their raw materials and products in the right place at the right time. As a Supply Chain Support Assistant, you will provide coordination and administrative support to the team, checking forecasts against actuals, dealing with test orders, and so on.

• Innovation: Highlight any issues which could be of detriment to servicing our customers or impact financially on our internal operations.
• Passion: Analyse data and raise concerns accordingly both internally and with the customers.
• We Care: Conducting yourself in a professional manner and helping colleagues with any queries relating to supply chain to ensure everyone can meet their targets.
• Togetherness: Working with the teams across both sites to ensure customer service is delivered in full, on time.
• Integrity: Work with our customers to improve communication to have a positive impact on our operational and commercial processes.

What are we looking for?

• Ideally have skills/experience gained within a similar position(s), at a similar level.
• Credible and confident communicator (written and verbal) at all levels.
• Have a proven record of communicating directly with customers, both in person and over Teams/phone/written communication.
• Highly customer focused.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Hands-on approach, with a ‘can do’ attitude.
