Long Clawson Dairy (Clawson Farms) is based in Long Clawson (LE14 4PJ) and offers a salary of £12.85 per hour plus great benefits. The hours are day shift, Monday to Friday, full time from 6:15am to 3:00pm, totalling 40 hours per week.

We are now seeking a number of Process Operators to join the Clawson family on a part-time basis, situated in the picturesque village of Long Clawson, just 6 miles from Melton Mowbray. All training will be given; however, if you have experience of working in a fast-moving food manufacturing environment, this would be an advantage.
What you’ll do:
- Working as part of a small team, you will be operating the packing lines, taking our heritage brand cheeses such as Clawson Farm Stilton or Rutland Red, and preparing and then packing.
- You will be operating machinery, using new systems and ways of working, and you will be responsible for your own health and safety and that of your colleagues.
- Undertake relevant training as and when required.
- Report problems or issues as they arise, which may impact on product quality or production activities.
- Responsible as part of a team for the production and collating of all products in a well-presented manner in line with customer specifications.
- Perform functions in line with training and work instructions.
