Long Clawson Dairy (Clawson Farms) is based in Long Clawson (LE14 4PJ) and offers a salary of £12.85 per hour plus great benefits. The hours are day shifts from Monday to Friday, part time from 9:15am to 2:00pm, totalling 20 hours per week.

We are now seeking a number of Process Operators to join the Clawson family on a part-time basis. All training will be given; however, if you have experience of working in a fast-moving food manufacturing environment, this would be an advantage.
What you’ll do:
- Operate the packing lines, taking our heritage brand cheeses such as Clawson Farm Stilton or Rutland Red, preparing and packing them.
- Use state-of-the-art equipment and operate machinery, using new systems and ways of working.
- Be responsible for your own health and safety and that of your colleagues.

What are we looking for?
- Industrious and able to work under pressure.
- Good level of fitness - able to lift weights of up to 20kg and push/pull weights of up to 1000kg, in accordance with manual handling training.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (to be achieved within 6 months).
- Adaptable/flexible to meet requirements and demands of production and seasonal fluctuations.
- English speaking at basic level.
- Quality focused and dexterous.
- Desirable: Food/process manufacturing background.
