Working at Clawson is different from other manufacturing sites. Yes, you will be reacting to breakdowns and fixing problems, but you will also have the opportunity to help with capital project installations. There isn’t a ‘chase the case’ culture, and how the factory runs supports a good level of pro‑active work to ensure equipment reliability is good and improvements can be implemented. It is a well invested site with many new machines including equipment that has been specifically developed for the portioning and packaging of Stilton cheese.
