Hours: 36.65 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 5:00pm to 1:00am

We are now seeking a number of Advanced Hygiene Operatives, to join the Clawson family situated in the Leicestershire village of Bottesford, the site is easily commutable from Nottingham, Melton Mowbray and Grantham, and the surrounding towns and villages.
What you’ll do:
- Hygiene is hugely important to us and our customers – our hygiene team start work just as our factory stops so that they can get all our production areas clean and ready for the next shift.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders to find innovative ways to improve.
- Speak up if you notice any issues that could affect product quality, hygiene, production, or the environment—your passion matters!
- Follow Health & Safety guidelines and keep cleaning schedule records neat, clear, and accurate.
- Work as part of a team.
- Complete Hygiene Instruction Cards and achieve standards, and follow company policies to safeguard our team, products, and the environment and to ensure the plant and machinery are kept in tip top condition.
What are we looking for?
- A hardworking individual who thrives under pressure and stays focused on delivering excellent results.
- Experienced in food manufacturing (or a similar industry) is a big plus!
- Strong knowledge of allergen awareness, food safety, and Health & Safety practices, your expertise helps ensure top standards.
- A Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable, but we’re happy to support your development if you’re keen to achieve it.
- Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points) and/or COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) is a bonus, showing you're ready to contribute to a safe and efficient environment.
