Overview: We’re looking for a highly organized, high-energy Ecommerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our DTC Ecommerce team. This is a full-time role focused on execution, ensuring promotions, product builds, merchandising updates, and site changes go live accurately, on time, and aligned with business priorities. This role partners closely with Operations, Analytics, Supply, and Customer Experience to maintain a seamless, high-performing path to purchase.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Operational Support
- Support daily operations including pacing updates, revenue tracking, and inventory checks
- Monitor in-stock status and coordinate launch readiness (SKU setup, timing, go-live requirements)
- Execute the promotional calendar (discounts, GWPs, loyalty offers) and complete QA/testing before launch
- Track inventory risks (low stock, overstock, discontinued items) and support mitigation plans
- Assist with subscription/auto-replenishment program setup, checks, and issue escalation
- Digital Merchandising & Execution
- Execute onsite merchandising updates (collections, sorting, navigation, launches)
- Manage product setup and maintenance (SKUs, pricing, availability, tagging, content accuracy) for DTC and B2B sites
- Execute localized content
- Coordinate product listings and promotions for social commerce channels
- Execute sitewide campaigns (homepage, landing pages, promos, collections)
- Detailed QA across desktop and mobile pre and post launches
- Flag issues and coordinate fixes with internal teams
- Reporting & Data
- Support weekly/monthly and ad hoc reporting
- Track key KPIs (sales, conversion, AOV, promo performance, sell-through)
- Maintain clean, accurate data across tools and trackers
- Assist with QA for dashboards and reporting accuracy
Requirements
- 1–3 years in Ecommerce, digital operations, or merchandising
- Hands-on Shopify or similar platforms experience (admin, products, collections, promotions, QA)
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data handling)
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Clear communicator who can manage tasks and escalate issues quickly
Bonus Experience
- International Shopify site set up, management and localization
