Reports to: Director of Fundraising and Marketing

Direct reports: Deputy Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships, Senior Corporate Development Manager, Senior Philanthropy Manager (Major Donors), Senior Special Events Manager

Salary: £70K - £75K depending upon experience and benefits

We’re entering an exciting new chapter. Following the success of our capital appeal, we’re investing in our philanthropy and partnerships programme with the ambition to become a world leader in philanthropic giving and to double our high-value income over the next five years.

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships to lead this transformation. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for a £2.7m portfolio spanning major donors, corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations. You’ll shape and deliver an ambitious multi-year strategy, build innovative funding models focused on clinical innovation and research, and create transformational relationships that drive long-term sustainable growth.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing philanthropy and partnerships team
• Secure transformational gifts and strategic partnerships
• Champion innovation, data-led decision making and exceptional supporter experiences
• Personally steward some of our most influential supporters and prospects
• Influence organisational strategy and help position London’s Air Ambulance Charity as a sector leader in modern philanthropy

Key relationships: Medical Director and Clinical Leads, Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, IT and Digital teams

Salary: £70K - £75K depending on experience plus benefits

We're looking for an exceptional Head of Clinical and Operational Data to lead our specialist data team and shape how data supports life-saving care, research and operational decision-making. You’ll work closely with clinical and operational teams to deliver our data strategy, develop innovative digital solutions and ensure our clinical and operational data is trusted, secure and impactful.

You'll bring:

• Experience leading high-performing data teams
• Expertise managing and analysing complex data
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with data systems, digital tools and data governance
• Knowledge of analytical techniques and data legislation, including GDPR
• A strategic mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful insight
• Experience working with healthcare or clinical data, the NHS or trauma services would be an advantage but isn't essential.
