About LondonEnergy: LondonEnergy operates the second largest waste contract in the UK, handling and processing nearly 750,000 tonnes of London's waste every year. We have a dedicated team of people working across our various North London sites, making a positive difference to the environment and the local community. By processing household waste at our facility, we produce enough waste from energy to power 80,000 homes every year and recycle 70% of items through our Reuse and Recycling Centres.
About the Role: As a Retail Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day operation of our ReUse retail outlets, driving in-store and online sales while maintaining high standards of customer service, presentation, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. You will actively promote the value of donated goods, using creative merchandising and online platforms to maximise sales, keep reusable items in circulation and out of waste streams. You'll support and motivate volunteers, fostering a positive, inclusive environment where sustainability and teamwork are at the heart of everything you do. We are looking for someone genuinely passionate about re-use, upcycling, and environmental responsibility. If you are driven by purpose, enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, and want to make a tangible difference through re-use and sustainability, we would love to hear from you.
