Sales Advisor and Customer Service

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with first time, regular clients and members, understanding their wellness needs, and providing tailored recommendations to enhance their physical and mental wellness. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding services that meet their needs
• Provide detailed service information and demonstrate features where applicable
• Identify client requirements through active listening and suggest suitable solutions
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean clinic , organised, and ready for each client at all times
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage client retention
• Stay informed about new services, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate advice

Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Proactive approach with a positive attitude towards client service
• Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
• Basic numeracy skills for processing transactions accurately
• Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends is required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£12.44 per hour
