Our family engagement group, FL.A.RE and children in care forums support practice development and delivery. We invest in our staff so they can invest in the children, young people and families we support.

Welfare benefits include weekly well‑being sessions, a corporate programme of emotional and physical well‑being sessions and an Employee Assistance Programme.
