We have an opening for a professionally registered Social Worker to take on a Senior Social Work role within a very well supported Adult Social Work Team, using your experience and skills to work with adults with different vulnerabilities, in what we call our Complex Care Team, making a real difference and providing Care Act support to adults to promote independence and enable the life and choices they want.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and want our workforce to represent the amazing community we serve. You will advocate for and support managing assessments, support planning and reviews of adults with Learning Disabilities/Difficulties, Mental Health or Physical Health needs. You will have experience of managing complex safeguarding cases. You will be empowered to provide supervision and practice support ensuring Social Workers in the team are well supported with manageable caseloads, deputising for the manager as required.
Please note that the successful candidate will be required to be office based at least 2 days a week.
