We are looking for a dedicated Estates Surveyor to join our Assets, Property & Facilities Management Team. In this role, you will support the Council’s strategic objectives by providing a wide range of valuation, estate management, and other professional services. The successful candidate will contribute to managing the Council’s asset portfolio effectively, focusing on identifying and delivering key property-related projects.

Candidate Profile

  • Chartered membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
  • Proven commercial property experience, with a track record in estate management, development appraisals, and valuations.
  • Experience in managing property-related projects with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to produce accurate reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using property-related IT systems and software.
