Skills and Qualifications- GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years' administrative experience
- Confident reader, comfortable handling information and data
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Minimum 1 year's experience as a support worker (or in a similar supportive role)
- Strong organisation skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience supporting someone with a visual impairment or disability in a workplace setting (desirable)
- Understanding of reasonable adjustments and inclusive working practices (desirable)
