London Ability is recruiting on behalf of a professional with a visual impairment who needs administrative and workplace support. Skills and Qualifications

  • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years’ administrative experience
  • Confident reader, comfortable handling information and data
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience as a support worker (or in a similar supportive role)
  • Strong organisation skills, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience supporting someone with a visual impairment or disability in a workplace setting (desirable)
  • Understanding of reasonable adjustments and inclusive working practices (desirable)
