- Experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie, in a highly dynamic restaurant
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, with experience in sushi maki rolls
- A strong desire to grow and develop, both themselves, as well as the team
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under pressure
