London Youth is a charity on a mission to support London's youth sector and improve the lives of young people across the capital. About the Role
This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious corporate fundraiser to play a leading role in shaping London Youth's future corporate partnerships strategy. Corporate partnerships are central to London Youth's growth ambitions, and as Senior New Business Manager you'll take ownership of developing and converting a pipeline of high-value prospects into long-term strategic partners. Focusing on five and six-figure opportunities, you'll secure transformational support from businesses that share London Youth's commitment to creating brighter futures for young people across the capital.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships, you'll drive the full new business cycle, identifying opportunities, building relationships, developing compelling partnership propositions and negotiating support from some of the UK's leading companies. Working closely with senior colleagues, trustees and supporters, you'll have access to influential networks and the opportunity to build relationships at the highest levels. This is a role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands‑on relationship building. You'll be equally comfortable researching prospects, facilitating introductions, leading stakeholder meetings and crafting persuasive proposals that inspire businesses to invest in London Youth's work.
About You
We're looking for an exceptional relationship builder with a proven ability to secure significant new business income through corporate partnerships. You'll bring a demonstrable track record of developing and winning high-value partnerships, and experience securing six-figure opportunities would be particularly attractive. You’ll be a confident communicator with excellent proposal writing and presentation skills, able to engage and influence senior stakeholders while building credibility and trust. Equally important is your ability to think creatively, spot opportunities and develop compelling partnership ideas that deliver value for both organisations. Most importantly, you'll be ambitious, proactive and driven by impact. You'll thrive in a target‑driven environment, enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and be motivated by the opportunity to improve the lives of children and young people across London.
