London Youth Games Foundation is seeking a Head of Operations to lead the delivery of safe, high-quality sport and leadership opportunities for young Londoners. You will oversee strategic planning for programmes including youth leadership, borough competitions, major events and the Finals Festival.
You will line manage the Development & Impact team, oversee operational budgets, and help secure funding through partnerships. The role is London-based with hybrid working and regular office presence.
