About us

WoodArt Joinery is a bespoke joinery workshop in Park Royal. We're a team of 15 producing high-end fitted furniture for leading London interior design studios and architects β€” whole-house schemes, wardrobes, libraries, kitchens, panelling. Everything happens under one roof: in-house spray finishing, CNC, shop drawing production and our own installation teams. We don't sub out the finish, which is why we can control quality from drawing to handover.

The role

A hybrid design and delivery role, roughly:

  • 60% technical documentation: shop drawings, production sheets, cutting and material lists, preparing drawing packs for designer approval.
  • 40% project delivery: site surveys, coordinating bench and spray, programme, liaising with the designer and main contractor, overseeing installation.

You'll own your projects from order confirmation to handover β€” accountable for dimensions being right, materials being right, and dates being met.

What we're looking for

  • 1+ years in bespoke furniture, fitted joinery or similar
  • Confident in CAD β€” AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, SketchUp or similar (tell us which)
  • Working knowledge of boards, veneers, lacquers, ironmongery (Blum / Hettich / HΓ€fele) and installation tolerances
  • Fluent English β€” daily contact with designers and main contractors
  • Polish language: professional working proficiency β€” day-to-day communication with our workshop and installation teams is conducted in Polish

What we offer

  • Permanent contract, weekly salary, 28 days holiday, workplace pension
  • Mon–Fri, 8:00–16:00.
  • Dual-monitor workstation, licensed software
  • Genuine input into how we work β€” we're rolling out new drawing and scheduling standards and want you shaping them
  • Route to running a larger share of production as the business grows

How to apply

Send your CV plus 2–3 examples of shop drawings you've produced (PDF) to contact@woodartjoinery.com. In your message, tell us which software you use and the largest project you've run end to end.
