About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our People Team on a six-month fixed-term contract (with potential for extension/permanent employment). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in supporting employees throughout their journey with the business. You will be a central point of contact for HR queries, support recruitment and onboarding activities, maintain employee records, and help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and HR correspondence
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Support onboarding, inductions and employee lifecycle administration
  • Assist with absence management and HR reporting
  • Coordinate HR meetings and documentation
  • Support recruitment and wider People Team initiatives

About You

  • CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards)
  • Previous experience in an HR Administration or HR Assistant role
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Able to manage confidential information professionally
  • Experience within healthcare or another regulated environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
