About the role

This is a front-facing, patient-focused role, where you will be the first point of contact for patients, clinicians and visitors. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every patient experience is welcoming, professional and seamless. The role combines reception duties with administrative and cashier responsibilities, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day front-of-house operations at the London Bridge clinic.
  • Provide a professional and welcoming reception service to patients and visitors.
  • Support and guide the reception team to maintain high service standards.
  • Assist patients with treatment costs, billing queries and payments.
  • Process payments and complete daily reconciliation and finance reporting.
