Location: Harley St, London

London Women’s Clinic is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Assistant to support the ongoing development and implementation of our Quality Management System. This is a pivotal role that contributes directly to the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred care across our expanding network of clinics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the review and maintenance of documentation
  • Assist with internal audits, logging findings and supporting corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs)
  • Track and support the resolution of non-conformances and deviations
  • Monitor and maintain third-party agreements to ensure compliance and timely updates
  • Assist with complaint handling, ensuring responses are timely and professional
  • Support preparation for ISO and HFEA inspections across sites
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in line with regulatory and company standards
  • Attend team meetings and provide updates on activities and key developments
  • Collaborate with departments across the business to support quality and compliance
  • Assist with clinical data reviews and audit activities as required
  • Contribute to projects aimed at improving and streamlining quality systems
