About Us

JD Healthcare Group is one of the UK's leading fertility and reproductive healthcare providers, operating brands including London Women's Clinic, London Egg Bank, London Sperm Bank, KindIVF, Surrey Park Women's Clinic and Elective Egg Freezing across the United Kingdom. Since 1985, we have been supporting individuals and families through some of the most significant journeys of their lives — combining world‑class clinical expertise with genuine human care. Everything we do is driven by a shared purpose: helping people build the families they dream of.

About The Role

As Centre Manager at JD Healthcare, you will take full operational responsibility for our London Bridge clinic — one of our flagship sites and home to London Women's Clinic, London Egg Bank and London Sperm Bank under one roof. This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role where you will oversee the daily running of the site, lead the reception team, manage facilities and building operations, and act as the central operational link between three of our most established brands. Working closely with the Clinical Director and Business Development Director, you will be a proactive, solutions‑focused leader who sets the standard for operational excellence, patient experience and staff engagement. If you thrive in a fast‑paced clinical environment and have the drive to make a genuinely significant contribution, we would love to hear from you.

What You Will Do

  • Take full operational responsibility for the London Bridge clinic, ensuring the site runs efficiently, safely and to the highest standards at all times.
  • Identify operational risks and service gaps proactively, implementing practical solutions before they escape.
  • Work closely with the Facilities Team to coordinate maintenance, contractor access and building management, acting as the primary operational contact for all site‑related matters.
  • Serve as the operational liaison between London Women's Clinic, London Egg Bank and London Sperm Bank — coordinating shared resources, facilities and communication across all three organisations.
  • Line manage the Reception Team, providing day‑to‑day leadership, coaching and development while maintaining consistently high standards of patient service and professionalism.
  • Manage reception rotas, staffing levels, recruitment and performance management.
  • Monitor operational performance and produce accurate monthly reports and statistics for senior management.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Director and Business Development Director to support strategic and operational objectives, contributing to service improvement and continuous development across the site.
  • Lead and contribute to service improvement initiatives across the site, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, patient satisfaction and staff experience.
