LVR is a growing luxury jewellery brand specialising in vintage-inspired engagement rings and wedding rings. Combining timeless design with modern craftsmanship, LVR creates pieces that feel unique, personal, and enduring. We are a small, ambitious, and hands-on business looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a growing brand.

Role Overview

LVR is seeking a highly capable, commercially driven, and hands-on E-Commerce & Marketing Manager to oversee and drive the performance of the brand’s digital channels and online sales. This role requires someone who understands luxury and jewellery branding but is equally comfortable working within the detail of the business – from merchandising products on Shopify and reviewing analytics, to managing Klaviyo campaigns and overseeing external agencies and freelancers. The successful candidate must be commercially accountable and understand how to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • E-Commerce Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day management and performance of the Shopify website.
    • Merchandise the website to improve customer experience and conversion.
    • Upload and manage new products, collections, imagery, and website content.
    • Ensure all product information, pricing, SEO, and inventory are accurate and aligned with brand standards.
    • Write or oversee compelling product descriptions and SEO-friendly content.
    • Continuously optimise the customer journey and website conversion performance.
    • Monitor site analytics and identify actionable commercial opportunities.
  • Email Marketing & CRM
    • Manage Klaviyo email marketing campaigns, automations, and customer flows.
    • Develop retention and acquisition strategies through email marketing.
    • Build customer segmentation strategies to improve engagement and sales.
    • Analyse campaign performance and implement improvements based on data.
    • Ensure all customer communications reflect the luxury positioning of the brand.
  • Paid Media & Performance Oversight
    • Oversee external paid media agencies across Meta, Google, and other channels.
    • Review ROAS, CAC, conversion performance, and overall paid media effectiveness.
    • Hold agencies accountable for performance and commercial outcomes.
    • Collaborate on creative direction, messaging, and campaign planning.
  • Team & Freelancer Management
    • Manage and oversee the part-time social media coordinator.
    • Manage the part-time photographer/content creator.
    • Oversee the part-time product upload and website support resource.
    • Ensure all team members deliver work to a high standard and within deadlines.
    • Create structure, accountability, and strong communication across the team.
  • Analytics & Commercial Performance
    • Analyse e-commerce performance using Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, and advertising platforms.
    • Understand customer behaviour, acquisition trends, retention, and conversion metrics.
    • Produce clear reporting and actionable recommendations.
    • Take ownership of identifying growth opportunities and commercial improvements.
  • AI & Process Improvement
    • Actively explore and implement AI tools to improve efficiency and marketing performance.
    • Use AI to support content creation, SEO, reporting, workflow management, and customer insights.
    • Improve operational systems and processes through automation and technology where appropriate.
  • Brand & Content
    • Maintain a strong understanding of the luxury jewellery customer and market.
    • Ensure all digital touchpoints reflect the LVR brand aesthetic and tone of voice.
    • Support campaign launches, product storytelling, and content direction.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience within luxury, jewellery, fashion, or premium e-commerce brands is essential.
  • Strong hands-on Shopify experience.
  • Proven experience managing Klaviyo email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of paid media and agency management.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of e-commerce KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting data and making recommendations.
  • AI literate and enthusiastic about implementing AI into marketing and operational systems.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Experience managing freelancers or junior team members.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Experience within fine jewellery or luxury accessories brands.
  • Experience with GA4, SEO, and conversion optimisation.
