Senior Commercial Finance Analyst – Interim

Cobalt Recruitment in London is supporting a prestigious Real Estate business in their search for a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to join on a contract basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cash management, business partnering with external stakeholders, understanding business performance and costs, and contributing to commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
2. Coordinating payments, drawdowns, and distributions; monitoring bank balances for JV partners
3. Customizing client reports based on data; providing insights
4. Analyzing cash flow forecasts
5. Developing financial models; analyzing performance and conducting sensitivity analysis
6. Streamlining processes to enhance efficiency
7. Supporting various projects as needed

Requirements:

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified
• Extensive experience in business partnering
• Experience with complex reporting arrangements
• Immediately available
