We’re raising the bar for our dedicated coach drivers! Starting May 2025, enjoy an improved pay and benefits package:
Annual Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed Salary: £36,000/year
- Overtime: £20/hour for additional hours
- Performance Bonus: Up to £3,600/year (pay monthly £300.00)
- Extra Season Bonus: £1,500 (for exceptional performance, paid at the end of the season)
Other Benefits:
- Uniform provided before start date
- Hours tracked via digital tachograph
- Professional training provided
Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years’ coach driving experience (must provide references)
- Excellent safety record (no accidents)
- Punctual—arrive 15 minutes ahead of service
- Committed to vehicle cleanliness & refuelling
- Willingness to complete required training
- Professional appearance and attitude
