The Role (full-cycle AE + BDR responsibilities)
- Own revenue across international territories: manage inbound deals end-to-end, build long-term relationships, and run hunter 360° outbound to create new pipeline. Core focus from early 2026: Middle East, then broader international expansion. High visibility, tight coaching loops, real impact in a small, ambitious team.
What you’ll do
- Inbound management: Speed-to-lead, triage, discovery, solution fit, proposals, close; keep momentum with crisp next steps.
- Relationship & growth: Nurture accounts, multi-thread (HR/L&D/Procurement), drive repeat bookings, upsell/cross-sell, light post-sale follow-through.
- Hunter 360° outbound: Build target lists, craft cadences, and book meetings via phone, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp.
- Meetings & momentum: Run senior-level calls/demos; maximise show rates; progress decisively.
- Commercials: Pricing, negotiation, contracting for inbound & outbound opportunities (public courses + in-house tailored packages).
- Market intel: Feed objections, trends, and demand signals to Marketing/Product.
- CRM excellence: Immaculate notes, next actions, and weekly forecasts in Dynamics 365.
