This is an entry-level SDR/BDR role for someone who wants a career in B2B sales. You will be trained from scratch to generate qualified meetings with senior HR, L&D, and business leaders across the UK and international markets. This is a high-activity role with a clear fast-track path to Account Executive (AE) for top performers.
What You Will Do
- Outbound prospecting (core responsibility)
- Build target lists of companies and decision-makers.
- Run daily outreach across LinkedIn, email and phone.
- Write and test messages that get responses.
- Book qualified meetings for the senior salesperson/team.
- Qualification and handover
- Qualify leads on need, timing, stakeholders and buying process.
- Book meetings and provide clean handover notes in the CRM.
- Keep records accurate and up to date.
- Follow-up and pipeline support
- Follow up consistently with prospects (no “one message and done”).
- Support inbound lead follow-up when marketing campaigns generate interest.
- Track performance weekly and improve conversion rates.
Training and Support (No Experience Required)
You do not need previous sales experience. We will train you on:
- Prospecting and list-building
- Outreach messaging and sequencing
- Cold calling fundamentals and objection handling
- Qualification frameworks and meeting control
- CRM and pipeline discipline
You will receive coaching, call reviews, scripts, and a structured ramp plan.
Fast-Track Progression to Account Executive (AE)
Top performers will be considered for fast-track promotion to AE within 6–12 months, based on results and readiness. In the AE role you will move into running discovery calls, proposals, and closing.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Week 1–2: onboarding, training, tools set-up, first outreach live
- Week 3–6: consistent daily activity; meetings booked weekly
- Week 7–12: predictable output and improving conversion rates
Guidance targets (will be confirmed during onboarding):
- 60–100 quality touches per day across channels
- 8–15 qualified meetings booked per month
- CRM updated daily with next actions and notes
