At London Training for Excellence (LTFE), we deliver executive training programmes to professionals and organisations worldwide. As our presence across the GCC and wider MENA region continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Sales Account Executive to help drive new business opportunities from our London office.

The Role:

  • Proactively identifying and contacting prospective clients across the Middle East through phone calls, LinkedIn, and networking activities.
  • Generating new business opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline.
  • Speaking with senior professionals and decision-makers to understand their training and development requirements.
  • Promoting LTFE's portfolio of executive training programmes and professional development solutions.
  • Following up on enquiries and marketing-generated leads.
  • Negotiating fees, closing sales, and managing the booking process.
  • Attending exhibitions, conferences, and networking events when required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, recruitment, telesales, outbound calling, or a similar target-driven role.
  • Confident communicator with excellent telephone and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new prospects.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by achieving targets.
  • An interest in the Middle East market and an understanding of regional business culture is highly desirable.

Position Details:

  • Location: London (Full-time, in-office).
  • Salary: £28,000–£34,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Additional performance-based bonus opportunities.
