Provision of an Independent Disagreement Resolution/Mediation Service including:

  • Confidential telephone/email/online referral service
  • Casework and disagreement resolution/mediation session co-ordination
  • Provision of Pre-Tribunal Information and Advice
  • Mediation Adviser Services/Sessions
