The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking an experienced, innovative, and creative support provider to deliver high-quality, personalised, community-based day activities from its existing service at a Council-owned building on Antill Road, E3. The contracted service will run for a maximum of 13.5 months from February 2026.

The service has the capacity to support up to 25 Tower Hamlets residents assessed by the Community Learning Disability Service (CLDS) as eligible for support under the Care Act and is central to promoting social inclusion; playing a vital role in enhancing the lives of participants, their families and carers.
