We are looking to recruit an ambitious, energetic and skilled executive to join our London Mayfair-based team. The Digital & Creative Executive will be in a hands-on role at the centre of all of the club’s endeavours: from designing and editing marketing materials, managing the LTC website and comms channels, supporting the events team, sharpening thought leadership content.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Designing club communications and marketing materials: including newsletters, brochures, presentations and reports
  • Evolving and managing the Club’s website and social media presence (LinkedIn)
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies
  • Creative input and support with the Club’s live and virtual events (2-3 events per month)
  • Managing and post-editing photo and video content
  • Support with research for the Club’s reports and white papers on emerging technologies.
  • Supporting the LTC Team with general requests

Requirements & Experience

  • Proven design skills and 2 years of experience on the design side (including web design, content creation and editing)
  • Degree in marketing or business preferred but not essential
  • Ideally, marketing experience and a love for branding & communications
  • Strong interpersonal skills, an ability to engage with senior technology influencers and help build partnerships for the club
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High level of attention to detail, pro-active, team orientated
  • Capable of producing accurate, comprehensive documents and creative presentations based on smart research and in line with branding guidelines

Duration/Compensation: Starting salary to be determined according to the candidate profile. We are offering a permanent full-time employment contract, 5 days a week with the option of working 1 day from home and the remaining days from our office on Pall Mall, St James’s. Available to start from mid-April.

Software requirements: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, PowerPoint, Wix, CRM software.
