The London Teaching Pool are currently seeking a permanent Year 1 Teacher to work in a fantastic primary school based in Barking & Dagenham. The successful candidate will have experience working in Key Stage 1 and will be required to start in Dagenham for September 2024.

Primary School Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that are engaging and challenging for all students.
  • Create a safe and positive learning environment that encourages active participation and promotes student well-being.
  • Use a range of teaching strategies to cater to the diverse needs of the students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and colleagues.

Primary School Teacher Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working as a Primary School Teacher, preferably in Key Stage 1.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.
  • Able to work Monday to Friday.
