What You'll Do:
- Analyse Supply Chain Processes: Map current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose efficiency improvements using tools like Lucidchart or Microsoft Visio.
- ERP System Insights: Learn core ERP modules (e.g., inventory, procurement, logistics) and analyse how they integrate with business operations.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use Excel/SQL to analyse logistics data, forecast demand, and optimise inventory levels.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align ERP solutions with business goals and supply chain strategies.
- Real-World Project: Tackle a supply chain or ERP optimisation challenge in the finale, such as redesigning a warehouse process, improving order fulfilment, or streamlining vendor management.
We're Looking For:
