London Success Academy (LSA) offers a 4-week Unpaid Work Experience Internship designed to equip aspiring testers with cutting-edge skills in test design, automation frameworks, and QA best practices.

What You’ll Do
- Design Test Strategies: Create comprehensive test plans and cases for web/mobile applications.
- Automate Tests: Develop and execute automated scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Postman.
- Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and prioritise defects using Jira or similar tools.
- Collaborate: Work closely with developers and product teams to ensure seamless releases.
- Innovate: Solve a real-world testing challenge in the finale, like optimising test coverage or stress-testing critical systems.
We’re Looking For:
- Recent Master’s graduates in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python/Java, familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, TestNG), and understanding of SDLC/STLC.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, performance testing (JMeter/LoadRunner), or security testing tools.
- Detail-oriented problem-solvers who thrive in agile, cross-functional teams.
