What You'll Do

  • Candidate Sourcing: Learn how to identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking platforms, and other sourcing channels.
  • Recruitment Administration: Support recruitment activities by reviewing applications, maintaining candidate records, updating applicant tracking systems, and coordinating recruitment processes.
  • Hiring Manager Engagement: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles. Participate in intake discussions and learn effective stakeholder management techniques.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Contribute to workforce planning and recruitment strategy discussions by analysing hiring trends, talent market insights, and sourcing effectiveness. Support the development of attraction strategies for key roles.
  • Employer Branding: Assist in creating compelling job advertisements, recruitment marketing content, and employer branding initiatives that attract top talent.
