London Success Academy (LSA) offers a 4-week Unpaid Work Placement designed to equip aspiring testers with cutting-edge skills in test design, automation frameworks, and QA best practices.

What You’ll Do

  • Design Test Strategies: Create comprehensive test plans and cases for web/mobile applications.
  • Automate Tests: Develop and execute automated scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Postman.
  • Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and prioritise defects using Jira or similar tools.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with developers and product teams to ensure seamless releases.
  • Innovate: Solve a real-world testing challenge in the finale, like optimising test coverage or stress-testing critical systems.

We’re Looking For:

  • Recent Master’s graduates in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python/Java, familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, TestNG), and understanding of SDLC/STLC.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, performance testing (JMeter/LoadRunner), or security testing tools.
  • Detail-oriented problem-solvers who thrive in agile, cross-functional teams.
