What You'll Do
- Candidate Sourcing: Learn how to identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking platforms, and other sourcing channels.
- Recruitment Administration: Support recruitment activities by reviewing applications, maintaining candidate records, updating applicant tracking systems, and coordinating recruitment processes.

- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Contribute to workforce planning and recruitment strategy discussions by analysing hiring trends, talent market insights, and sourcing effectiveness.
