LSA, in collaboration with Resilient Sustainance Limited, is offering a unique ESG and Sustainability Work Placement designed to give aspiring professionals a practical understanding of ESG, sustainability reporting pathways, industry expectations, real-life corporate scenarios, and career opportunities in the field.
About LSA: London Success Academy is a globally recognised institution transforming professionals into future-ready leaders. Led by Success Coach Nilesh, we empower individuals across 15+ industries and 23+ nationalities through elite mentorship and hands-on learning.
About RSustain: Resilient Sustainance (RSustain) is an environmental consultancy and training organisation operating in the UK, the USA, the Middle East, and India. We provide ESG strategy development, sustainability reporting support, carbon management, and corporate environmental advisory services.
This program is ideal for:

This is an exposure-based, mentor-guided experience designed to help participants understand how ESG works in the real world and where they can fit in.
What You Will Experience:
- Deep dive into ESG and Sustainability: Understanding what ESG means in today’s business world and how companies are adapting to sustainability expectations
- Exposure to sustainability reporting: Insights into ESG examples, industry practices and the skills professionals require
- Exploring realistic career pathways in Sustainability and ESG: Understanding job roles, market demand, and entry routes
