About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic ServiceNow implementation. This role requires strong leadership experience, with expertise in project management, change management, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will manage an external delivery partner to implement ServiceNow’s Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solution, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption to users and approvers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the ServiceNow implementation project from initiation through to completion, working closely with the delivery partner.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow’s Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, assess impacts, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Drive change management initiatives, including training, communication, and adoption strategies.
- Create, maintain, and monitor project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk/issue logs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives efficiently and effectively.
- Advise on ServiceNow best practices and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience of working on global roll-outs, working with multi-national teams.
- Strong understanding of Demand Management, Portfolio Management, and Resource Management modules in ServiceNow.
- Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage competing priorities.
- Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is strongly recommended.
- German language proficiency is desirable.
