About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Exit Programme Manager to spearhead strategic SAP decommissioning, migration, and transition initiatives for our clients. This role requires a proven leader capable of orchestrating complex, high-stakes programmes, ensuring minimal business disruption, and delivering value-driven outcomes. You will partner with senior stakeholders to define strategy, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless execution across technical and business domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, plan, and execute SAP exit programmes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and business continuity requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, managing multiple vendors and stakeholders to achieve programme milestones.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of SAP landscapes, identifying interdependencies and risk exposure to formulate robust exit strategies.
  • Implement governance frameworks, controls, and performance metrics to monitor programme progress and outcomes.
  • Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations to clients and senior leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and data governance standards throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Oversee post-exit knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational handover.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned for future SAP exit engagements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience leading complex SAP exit, decommissioning, or transformation programmes.
  • 5+ years’ experience within consulting or regulated industries (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharma, or Financial Services). Big4 experience is a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of SAP architecture, modules, and enterprise integrations.
  • Strong programme and portfolio management capabilities (PMP, Prince2, MSP or equivalent).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills at executive level.
  • Proven ability to manage risk, dependencies, budgets, and resources in multi-vendor environments.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical rigor and problem-solving excellence.
  • Experience in consulting environments and client-facing engagements preferred.
