As a BeyondTrust Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing BeyondTrust solutions, focusing on account and password management as well as secure remote access. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant systems that support our operations in the life sciences industry. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. Configure and manage BeyondTrust Password Safe and Privileged Remote Access tools. Develop and enforce policies for account and password management to ensure regulatory compliance. Monitor and audit privileged access activities to identify and mitigate security risks. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BeyondTrust systems. Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate BeyondTrust solutions with other enterprise security tools. Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators. Support compliance initiatives by ensuring adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, HIPAA, GDPR). Assess and improve existing PAM processes to meet evolving business needs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with BeyondTrust solutions. Proven expertise in privileged access management, secure remote access, and password vaulting. Experience in the life sciences industry and familiarity with relevant compliance requirements. Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and frameworks. Proficiency in integrating BeyondTrust with Active Directory and other identity management systems. Ability to develop scripts and automation for PAM solutions (e.g., PowerShell, Python). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience working at a Big 4 accounting firm or Accenture is preferred. Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM certification is desirable. Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and collaboration skills. Ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders, and technology stakeholders. Understand the privacy and confidentiality of clients (will be under NDA).
