Requirements

  • Passionate, motivated, curious self-starter with a strong collaborative nature.
  • Happy standing by your concepts but also in finding a way forward by collaborating with shared goals in mind.
  • Giving life to your designs through customer journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, detailed design screens and break points for an agile team environment.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and workshop leadership over several months of in-depth service design development.
  • You take joy in blending qualitative and quantitative feedback into your ideas.
  • Expertise in user design principles, information architecture, heuristic analysis and search experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and captivating storytelling skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of user-centred design principles and a love of working them into your work.
  • Skills in blending qualitative and quantitative data into designs.
  • Flamboyance (or even just quiet confidence) in Figma.
  • Agility in working within a multi-discipline team to find a way to a great solution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Service design, Interaction Design, Information Design, Product Design or equivalent professional experience.
  • You're organised and love attending to detail.
  • Holding high design standards in a lean, fast-paced environment.
  • Inclusive in your approach to design with empathy and accessibility on your mind as you work.
  • Data first personas are intellectually stimulating to you and you cannot wait to start engaging with them to make a difference.
