What the job involves
- Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of one or more complex, large-scale projects across the DSM application ecosystem.
- This role involves coordinating multiple interested parties and ensuring that all project components; including project charters, integrated plans (project, resource, and contingency), and governance frameworks; are fully defined, documented, and aligned to organisational objectives.
- End-to-end project lifecycle delivery (initiation through to closure).
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.
- Establishing and maintaining robust risk, issue, and dependency management processes.
- Driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Setting of stakeholder expectations and ensuring clear, consistent communication.
- Tracking performance against key outcomes and implementing corrective actions where needed.

- Draft and maintain core artefacts (project charter, integrated plans, resource and contingency plans).
